When does my credit arrive?

As soon as your friend’s first order is paid and clears our $50 minimum. It lands in your account on its own — there is nothing to claim.

What can I spend it on?

Anything we sell. Store credit behaves like a payment method at checkout, so it works across the whole catalogue, subscriptions included.

Do I need to be signed in?

Yes, to spend it. Credit is attached to your PetYupp account, so sign in at checkout and it is applied for you.

Can I refer more than one friend?

As many as you like. There is no cap on how many friends you send, or on how much credit you build up.

What if my friend returns their order?

If the order that earned the credit is refunded, the credit comes back off the account. Everything else you have earned stays.

Can I refer myself?

No — a referral has to be a different person and a different address. We check, and self-referrals do not pay out.
