When does my reward arrive?
As soon as your friend’s first order is paid and clears our $50 minimum. Your reward updates on its own — there is nothing to claim.
How do I spend it?
Sign in and come back to this page — your reward code is waiting here. It takes $10 off any order of $50 or more, and it works once for every friend you have brought: three friends means three separate $10 orders, not $30 off one.
Does it stack with other discounts?
It combines with free shipping, but not with other order or product discounts. If you are already holding a code, the bigger saving is the one to keep.
Do I need to be signed in?
To see and spend your reward, yes — it is tied to your PetYupp account email. Sending a friend a link needs nothing at all.
Can I refer more than one friend?
As many as you like. There is no cap: every friend who qualifies adds another use to your reward code.
What if my friend returns their order?
A reward earned on an order that is later refunded may be removed. Everything else you have earned stays.
Can I refer myself?
No — a referral has to be a different person and a different address. We check, and self-referrals do not pay out.
