Pet Toy Returns:

Unopened and Unused: Pet toys must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.

Refund Process: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will process a refund for the product's purchase price.
Consumable Item Returns:

Initiate Returns Promptly: All returns for consumable items must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Unopened Packaging: Consumable items, such as treats or food, must be returned with the original packaging unopened.

Refund Process: After inspecting the returned item and ensuring it complies with our guidelines, we will proceed with a refund of the product's purchase price.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization): You will be issued an RMA number, which must be clearly labeled on the return package.

Shipping: Use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your return. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.
