At PetYupp, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is crafted to be transparent and customer-centric, facilitating a hassle-free experience if you need to return any of our pet supplies or accessories. We recommend reviewing our return guidelines carefully to understand your eligibility and the process involved.
1. Scope and Eligibility
1.1 Applicability:
This policy applies to purchases made directly through the PetYupp website. Items eligible for return or refund fall under two categories:
Pet Toys: Must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Consumable Items: Includes products such as treats and food, which must also remain unopened and in original packaging.
1.2 Timeframes:
Pet Toys: Requests for returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the item.
Consumable Items: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To begin the return process:
Contact our Customer Service at info@petyupp.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Upon review, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This must be clearly labeled on your return package.
2.2 Shipping Instructions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are advised to use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. PetYupp is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds
3.1 Inspection and Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. Items that do not meet the return criteria will not be refunded.
3.2 Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within a specified timeframe. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
PetYupp reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that fail to meet the criteria outlined above. Certain products may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns.
